ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਵਾਲਾ ਖੂਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ – ਨਾਨਕਮੱਟਾ


ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਇਸ ਖੂਹ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਸਨ। ਸਿੱਧਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਯੋਗ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੱਝਾਂ , ਗਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਸੁਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੋਲ ਆਕੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਧ ਛਕਾਵੋ ਤਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਮਰਦਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕੇ ਖੂਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੁੱਧ ਦਾ ਕਟੋਰਾ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਸਿਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮਰਦਾਨੇ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਖੂਹ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਜਦ ਕਟੋਰਾ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਿੱਧ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਕੇ ਕਟੋਰਾ ਤਾਂ ਦੁੱਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਧਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਕਟੋਰੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਰੱਜ ਕੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਛਕਿਆ ਪਰ ਕਟੋਰਾ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ। ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸਿਧਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਦ ਖੂਹ ਵਿਚ ਝਾਤ ਮਾਰੀ ਤਾਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਖੂਹ ਦੁੱਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਸਿਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕਣਾ ਪਿਆ।

Distt Udham Singh Nagar Uttrakhand. This GURUDWARA SAHIB is situated near to the main GURUDWARA SHRI NANAKMATA SAHIB. GURU NANAK DEV JI was sitting on the this well. Sidh\”s with there powers dried up the milk of Cows and Buffaloes of the near by area. Then they asked GURU SAHIB to serve them with milk. GURU SAHIB asked Bhai Mardana ji to take Milk from well and serve Sidhs, Bhai Mardana ji obeying to GURU SAHIB, got a bowl filled with milk from well and gave to Sidhs. All the sidhs drank milk to there capacity but still the bowl was full. When sidhs looked into the well it was full of milk. Sidhs had bow down in front of GURU SAHIB. With taking bath at this well people will be blessed with Child.
